Just in time to reward your furry friends over the holidays, the King County Library System (@KCLS) website has posted some recommendations for doggie cookbooks that goes beyond your typical oatmeal dog treats you might have made in the past. By clicking the title on any of the books at the link, you’ll be able to see its availability within the library system, put a hold on a copy, and read a better description of the book. For example, “Dog-gone Good Cuisine” by Gayle Pruitt is available at Bellevue, Kent, Muckleshoot, North Bend, and Valley View. It features more typical human meals made in dog-friendly ways.
The KCLS website is easy to use, whether it’s for finding more cookbooks or the latest best sellers. The King County Library System will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas, but is open over the remainder of the holiday break. Check their website, KCLS.org, for more hours by using the “hours and locations” drop down at the upper right hand side of their page.
